Our Semi Auto PET Stretch Blow Machine uses two-stage stretch blow molding technology, in which the PET preform goes through the heating process in a heating machine and then is stretch-blown in a stretch blow molding machine. This semi auto pet blowing machine is designed to produce containers with high clarity, consistent wall thickness, and advanced mechanical strength.

The PET stretch blow molding machine contains one heating machine and one stretch-blown machine. As a semi auto PET blowing machine, it requires one to two operators for manual preform handling. It can produce a wide range of product capacities from 300cc to 20L, and accommodates various bottle shapes. The features make it ideal for low-volume yet highly flexible production.   • Infrared heating system 

This semi auto pet blowing machine is designed with an advanced infrared heating system. It uses infrared lamps and rotating spindles to evenly heat PET preforms. This uniform heating creates a smooth bottle wall and ensures optimal stretchability and constant quality. Additionally, the system features adjustable heating zones, allowing precise temperature control tailored to different bottle shapes and wall thicknesses.

  • Stretching and blowing system 

The machine features a servo-controlled stretching and blowing system, using the servo motor to provide precise control over stretching, clamping, and rotation. Moreover, it has a stretch rod and a blow nozzle that perform axial stretching and inject compressed air into the heated preform, shaping it into the desired form and producing excellent structural integrity and quality.

 

  • Clamping and mold system

This machine features a robust mold clamping system, reinforced by a toggle arm mechanism. This setup delivers a strong and stable clamping force during the blowing process, ensuring precise mold alignment and stability. The mold system also supports both single and multi-cavity molds, allowing manufacturers to adapt to different shape requirements. Additionally, the interchangeable mold set offers various bottle shapes and capacities, making the machine ideal for diverse production needs.

 

  • Loading and feeding system 

The machine is equipped with an efficient preform loading and feeding unit that can operate automatically or manually. This unit includes a hopper, elevator, and orientation device to ensure that PET preforms are properly aligned and consistently delivered into the heating system. Once the bottles are formed, a conveyor system efficiently ejects the finished bottles and transfers them to packaging or inspection stations, streamlining the entire production workflow from start to finish.
