Feature:
- Capable for processing various materials, such as PE, PP, PVC, PC, PETG, PS, PA, TPR, PC, EVA, PBT, Acryl, K-resin, PU, and so on.
- HMI touch screen (Option)

- Curved arms (toggle arms) of mold carriages equipped with linear guide way

- Capable of equipping parison wall thickness controller/programmer (Option)
- High efficient screw for melting and processing materials completely

- Special cooling circulation inside the blow pin, which is special design by Full Shine
- Slight draw-up function for perfect bottle neck
- Screw rotation is driven under the control of direct-mounted gear box, made in Germany and the inverter, made in Japan
- Screw rotation speed is under the control of the inverter, which is capable of adjusting screw rotation speed by the small panel for producing various products
- Special brake system for stable and quick carriage movement
- Lifting-head mechanism assures fast extrusion
- Blowing unit can adjust its position, and adopt hydraulic motor for convenient mold changing. This is the innovative design by Full Shine
- Parallel carriage movement is suitable for equipping auto deflashing device, leaking tester, In-mold labeling function
- Auto lubrication device for mold carriages to reduce abrasion
- Suitable for producing bottles with lines, called view stripe or level indicator
- All metal components undergo quality metal processing, including heat treatment, high frequency treatment, nitrogen treatment, chrome treatment, electroplating for quality and anti-rust performance and long-term use
Required Optional Equipment to work with blow molding machines:
- Auto loader
- Parison wall-thickness controller/programmer
- Auto deflashing device / Auto punching device for cutting overflow/waste material of bottles
- Auto conveyor for guiding finished bottles on line or conveying waste material to a tank or a crusher
- Blow molds for shaping various bottles and plastic containers
- Crusher or granulator, for crushing overflow/waster material to granulates
- Master batch feeder for mixing color (master batch) with virginal material
- Proportional device for mixing recycled material with virgin material in proper ratio.
- Chiller for providing cooling water for machine’s hydraulic circulation and chill water for mold cooling
- Air compressor for providing sufficient air pressure for blowing
- Leak tester or leakage detector, which is for detecting finished bottles without holes or faulty shape
- Auto jar cutting machine, which is suitable for cutting jar neck bottles automatically
- Precise oil filter, which is suitable for filtering dust and impurities in hydraulic oil for long term use, the quality the same after using 10 years
- In-mold labeling machine, which is for working with blow molding machine for making bottles with labels in one production
- Hopper dryer, for drying material without water or humidity, such as for PETG, PC, PVC and so on
- Capable of offering the service for the whole plant/ full plant arrangement, including making bottles, filling, capping, labeling and packing lines
